CURTAINWOW MONEYBACK GUARANTEE (CURTAIN PRODUCT ONLY)
If you are not satisfied with our curtain for any of the reason below, we will be glad to offer your money back 100%.
Customer is required to check the curtain thoroughly with our appointed staff for any defect right after we hang up the curtain. This is to ensure the procedure is fair and just for both parties.
All valid claim will be refunded to you within 1 week via Cheque payment or electronic transfer of your choice. The refund does not include costs or claims of consequential damages.
CLAIMABLE REASON(S)
- Defects on fabric like back seam impression, bowing, broken colour pattern, colour smears, drop stitching, hole, knots, mixed yarn…etc
- Defects during fabrication
- Finish curtain did not achieve the perfect fold look as advertised.
- Wrong measurement on finished curtain (Height difference tolerance ± 10mm)
- Finished curtain are damaged or dirtied during fabrication, delivery or installation.

WARRANTY COVER SYSTEM MECHANISM FAILURE ONLY
Customer is required to check through the product(s) for any cosmetic imperfection right after the completion of installation.
Warranty is only activated when FULL payment of the invoice had been made.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Cuts, spills, or other misuse of product
- Abnormal atmospheric or environmental conditions
- Improper maintenance
- Addition of treatment or finish applied after purchase
